LS-6090 is a melt-mixed, 100% solids chemical resistant thermoset powder coating designed for use at elevated temperatures and pressures. LS6090 is resistant to H2S, CO2 & CH4, petroleum distillates and drilling fluids

   Metal Preheat Temp: 325°F(162°C)-375°F(190°C)
   Method: Blowcoating, Powder lance, Fluidized 
           bed, Electrostatic spray, Hot Flocking

Curing
   Metal Temperature: 425°F (218°C)
   Post Heat Duration: 30 Minutes
