ALL TEST WERE PERFORMED ON HOT ROLLED STEEL PANELS WITH 12-14 MILS COATING CURED 20 MINUTES AT 400°

SURFACE PREPERATION:
Remove all surface contamination before abrasive blasting. Blast clean using steel grit to NACE No. 2 Near-White with minimum surface profile of 2.0 mils. Apply and cure liquid phenolic primer prior to powder application.
APPLICATON:
Preheat substrate uniformly at 400°F (218°C). Apply by electrostatic spray or fluidized bed dipping.. Recommended film thickness 12-14 mils. Post bake 20 minutes at 400°F.
STORAGE & HANDLING
This product should be stored below 27°C and 50% relative humidity. If it is stored at a temperature below the application room temperature, allow the product to come up to temperature before opening the container. Reference should be made to the Material Safety Data Sheet.
